★★★★★ Heavenly Hayden
This house was perfect! It is close to town for shopping and dining but when you are at the house you feel like you are away from it all! We spent a lot of time on the enormous deck. The house is awesome for large groups, it has 4 sitting areas if you count the 2 comfy chairs in the breakfast nook. ( a lot of time spent here too!) The house is well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the dock: sunrise yoga, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming out to the boey and enjoyed the paddle boat. I made the arrangements for our 3 families, my mom asked me several times if I was sure she gave me enough money, the house is just amazing! As a yoga/ SUP yoga instructor, I would love to host a retreat at this house…….But sadly it has a 5 night minimum.

★★★★★ Amazing Vacation Rental!

This property is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have stayed at. The property and house are well maintained and the furnishings were beautiful and charming. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds and high end bedding. We were a group of 6 and we all had more than enough space inside and out. The deck is huge and has an amazing view of the lake. We loved having a bbq and watching the sunsets. It was nice to have the kayaks and paddle boards available as well as a covered boat slip. We will definitely make this an annual trip!

★★★★★ A FABULOUS vacation home!!!

Our family traveled from Hawaii to Coeur D’Alene to attend a family wedding and rented the Hayden Lake home for 7-nights. When we arrived and walked into the home, we were not disappointed. The home was absolutely breathtaking with thoughtful amenities and a true concern for our comfort, safety and well being. One would generally expect the usual clean facilities, well-maintained and up-to-date appliances, comfortable beds, oh and WIFI. We got all that and more! The home was equipped with everything for a lakeside home vacation; there were several sized life vests that were handy for our younger family members, a 2-person kayak, two paddle boards and a pedal boat. And the humongous deck was our usual gathering place during the sunny days, especially at sunset. The huge kitchen totally worked for us, the large capacity washer and dryer were greatly appreciated for a large family, and the large dining room helped us relive the bygone days when the entire family sat together for good ‘ol quality time around the dinner table. We were especially impressed with the attention to small details that made us feel welcomed and “at home”. For example, there were freshly baked cookies and a bottle of wine in the kitchen upon our arrival, the closet was full of various sized towels of good quality, the clothes iron was top notch (that was important as we were there for a wedding), and there was a Keurig machine in the kitchen. The overall décor of the home was wonderfully done and well themed to match the lakeside locale. The only thing we would change is placing a bedroom on the first floor for elderly family members. Although, our two kupuna (elders) did appreciate the daily exercise of going up and down the stairs. We also had an issue with the Keurig machine. We promptly reported it to the owner, Erica Reynoso, who was very gracious and wasted no time replacing it. Another example of exceptional hospitality and caring for her guests. We regret that we weren’t there to personally meet her and thank her for a fabulous vacation and a wonderful home for our family’s vacation. Overall, we would highly recommend this lakeside home for a family retreat or a peaceful getaway. Mahalo John and Erica for your hospitality and the opportunity to stay at your Hayden Lake home for a week. A great time was had by all! If you’ll have us back, we would love to return. ‘O wau iho no me ka mahalo (with our deepest gratitude), Kaipo and Anne Ho and family

★★★★★ We had an AMAZING VACATION at this Hayden Lake Home!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property was for my family and my friends family (6 kids and 4 adults) to have a joint vacation. The house not only was beautifully decorated but had plenty of space for all of us…..and then some! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, their were a ton of games for the kids (the popcorn machine was a huge hit) and the deck and the views were BEAUTIFUL. The house is very well suited for 2 families and we are already planning our return trip for next year. In addition, I can’t enough about how great the owners were and how accommodating and responsive they were to any special need or request that arose. Definitely a 5 Star stay.

★★★★★ By Far the NICEST VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!

We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the country. Never have we stayed in one that was so beautifully decorated and so thoughtfully appointed. Every room is well thought out, I felt like I was staying in a high end hotel. I was there with my entire family – my husband, my brother, his wife and their five children as well as our parents. Needless to say, it was a busy weekend! It was nice that there were spaces for everyone to retreat to – the little kids played wii, the big kids hung out in the sleeping loft, mom and dad were able to relax in peace and quiet in their guest room. The evenings were easy to gather around and watch a movie with the adults downstairs and have the kids upstairs. I loved the early morning light in the home (sitting in the beautiful chairs in the kitchen nook was so peaceful) as well as the enormous deck which our entire family loved! The furniture is actually comfortable (unlike most VRBOs) and there’s wi-fi, blueray, wii and even a popcorn maker! They really thought of everything. We had a blast and look forward to returning again. If you are looking to book a family retreat – this is THE place! Everyone was comfortable, the beds are all new, the sheets and towels are new… it was amazing. I think I may book something for a couples’ weekend in the fall – it would be great for that too. The deck is so huge a yoga retreat would be wonderful as well. When you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.
